Players from LIV Golf in the field are Bryson DeChambeau, Thomas Detry, Tyrrell Hatton, Dustin Johnson, Martin Kaymer, Tom McKibbin, Joaquin Niemman, David Puig, Jon Rahm, Cameron Smith and Elvis Smylie. Martin Kaymer is the sole past PGA champion from the circuit, having won in 2010. Brooks Koepka left LIV in the winter while Phil Mickelson opted to skip the event for personal reasons.
