The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival will run from August 27 through November 21, 2026. Organizers and frequent visitors are sharing advice to help attendees manage the heat and crowds during the event.
The festival takes place during some of the hottest months in Florida. Team members with over a decade of experience at the event recommend drinking plenty of water along with electrolytes such as those found in Powerade or Gatorade to stay balanced in the high temperatures and humidity.
