The Federal Police formally communicated the rejection of the second plea deal proposal presented by Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master.
The PF sent an email on Wednesday (10/6) to Vorcaro's lawyers informing them of the decision. On Thursday night (11/6), the agency also communicated the rejection to the Supreme Federal Court.
Investigators assessed that Vorcaro did not present new information beyond what had already been discovered in the investigations nor pointed to crimes committed by partners. This was the second refusal in less than a month.
Vorcaro remains detained at the PF Superintendency in Brasília. His defense now focuses efforts on the Attorney General's Office, which is still analyzing the proposal.
