First-look trailer for 'A Place in Hell' unveiled at CinemaCon

A new first-look trailer for the thriller 'A Place in Hell' debuted at CinemaCon. The film stars Michelle Williams as a cutthroat criminal defense attorney whose ambitions are threatened by a younger rival played by Daisy Edgar-Jones. Andrew Scott portrays Williams' concerned husband.

Deadline revealed the trailer during CinemaCon presentations. It centers on Williams' character, a lawyer on the cusp of partnership, whose path is disrupted when Edgar-Jones' younger attorney arrives to take her place. Their rivalry intensifies into a struggle for dominance, driving both to perilous lengths. Scott's husband figure observes his wife's downward spiral with growing alarm. In a tense moment, Edgar-Jones' character emerges from the shadows and warns Williams', 'I'm going to destroy your f*cking life.' The studio has scheduled 'A Place in Hell' for theatrical release on December 25, 2026.
