Fox releases trailer for thriller series Memory of a Killer

Fox has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming thriller series, Memory of a Killer, starring Patrick Dempsey. The show follows a hitman grappling with memory loss and a blurring of his dual lives. It premieres on January 25.

Fox is gearing up for the launch of Memory of a Killer, a dramatic thriller inspired by the 2003 Belgian film and book De Zaak Alzheimer. The series stars Emmy nominee Patrick Dempsey as Angelo Doyle, a hitman navigating a perilous double life while concealing a profound personal secret. As Angelo's memory fades, the boundaries between his professional assassinations and his concealed domestic existence begin to dissolve, heightening the tension.

Joining Dempsey is Emmy winner Michael Imperioli, who portrays Dutch, Angelo's longtime friend and a skilled chef. Dutch's restaurant serves as a facade for illicit operations, adding layers to the criminal underworld depicted in the show. The ensemble cast also includes Richard Harmon, Odeya Rush, Daniel David Stewart, Peter Gadiot, and Gina Torres, each bringing depth to this tale of deception and vulnerability.

Fox described the series as: “Inspired by the book and 2003 award-winning Belgian film ‘De Zaak Alzheimer,’ Memory of A Killer is a dramatic thriller starring Emmy nominee Patrick Dempsey... as a hitman, Angelo Doyle, leading a dangerous double life while hiding an even deadlier personal secret. Emmy winner Michael Imperioli... stars opposite Dempsey in the role of Dutch, Angelo’s oldest friend and an accomplished chef whose restaurant is a front for criminal enterprise.”

The trailer, now available, offers a glimpse into the high-stakes narrative. Memory of a Killer arrives on Fox on January 25, promising viewers a blend of suspense and psychological intrigue.
