HV71 makes Johan Hult permanent sports director

HV71 is reorganizing its sports leadership after Johan Hult's interim tenure. Reports indicate Hult will stay on permanently alongside assistant Fredrik Stillman. Björn Liljander is moving to a new role focused on women's and junior teams.

Johan Hult took over as interim sports director during the season. According to Expressen, the club will make the appointment permanent. Fredrik Stillman will join him as assistant sports director.

Björn Liljander, who was on sick leave during the season, will shift to a new position with responsibility over women's and junior operations. The club's interim club director, Agne Bengtsson, told the newspaper that HV71 plans to announce the full organizational structure the following day.

New board chairman Tommy Fritz, elected last week, described the first days in his role as intense and positive. He emphasized listening to stakeholders before finalizing decisions on roles and responsibilities. Fritz noted that recruitment for a new club director continues according to plan.
