Kevin Nash comments on CM Punk's WWE time off and physique

Kevin Nash addressed speculation about CM Punk's absence from WWE during a recent episode of his podcast. The WWE Hall of Famer focused on Punk's improved physique and training regimen while defending the wrestler's right to take a break.

CM Punk has been absent from WWE since WrestleMania 42. Reports indicate no issues exist between Punk and the company, with his return expected sometime in the summer.

On the latest "Kliq This," Nash responded to fan questions about the scrutiny over Punk's downtime. "He's not the first person to take downtime," Nash said, adding that taking a vacation would be unusual for Punk.

Nash shifted focus to recent photos of Punk in the gym. He praised the changes, noting Punk connected with a trainer at WrestleMania and has improved his training and eating habits. "He looks good," Nash said. "I think he's dialed in his training."

Nash also remarked that wrestlers often under-eat and highlighted Punk's financial stability. "He's making bank, he can take some time off," he stated.
