Kim Kardashian skin tops popularity in Fortnite Chapter 7

The Iconic Kim Kardashian skin has become the most used cosmetic in Fortnite Chapter 7 since its release on December 13. Data from Fortnite.GG shows about 5 percent of players equipping it, outpacing other top skins. The bundle remains available in the item shop until December 28 for 3,000 V-Bucks.

Fortnite Chapter 7 introduced the Kim Kardashian skin as part of its Icon series on December 13. According to stats from the independent site Fortnite.GG, which analyzes publicly available game data, the “Iconic Kim Kardashian” skin is the most popular of the season, with around 5 percent of players using it.

For comparison, the second-most used skin is Backlash, followed by Cat Holloway, another in-universe character, and then Chani, Zendaya’s role from the Dune series. Among the top 15 skins, only four others are not original Fortnite creations: Catwoman, rapper Playboi Carti, Lara Croft, and The Bride from Kill Bill. Despite being available for just over a week, Kim Kardashian ranks 70th in all-time Fortnite cosmetic usage.

The bundle, currently on sale for 3,000 V-Bucks (approximately $19), includes the Iconic Kim Kardashian skin featuring a black, latex-style catsuit inspired by her SKIMS brand. It also offers a regular Kim Kardashian outfit with a removable fur coat, crop-top, and pants, plus two backpacks, two pickaxes, two emotes, and a glider.

An official Fortnite X post on December 21 highlighted 2025 milestones, noting 37.5 million games played with the Kim Kardashian skin. Kardashian's broad appeal stems from her pop culture presence, including her TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which draws millions of viewers, and over 350 million Instagram followers, placing her among the platform's top accounts.

The skin's popularity is boosted by its high customizability. The Iconic catsuit offers options like tank top, mock neck, turtleneck, or strapless styles in seven colors, with choices for gloves, sunglasses, and hair—up in a messy bun or down in blonde or brunette. This variety, combined with Fortnite's community of players who enjoy creating memes and clips, has driven its adoption. Similar to the customizable Sabrina Carpenter skin, it provides ample content for squad play and social media.

The bundle is available until December 28.
