Madbouly inspects Marina 8 and M8 by the Lake projects in New Alamein

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly toured tourism, residential and infrastructure projects today in the Marina Tourist Centre and New Alamein City.

The tour included the Marina 8 project, which has reached 91% implementation with 564 residential units ready for delivery. Madbouly also visited M8 by the Lake, where the first phase covering 195 feddans stands at 95% completion.

The prime minister reviewed the southern lakes water renewal station with a capacity of 280,000 cubic metres per day. He inspected the Bo Gaz New Marina coastal tunnel project, which began in April 2025 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.

Housing Minister Randa El-Menshawy said the projects align with the government strategy to boost tourism and real estate investment. Madbouly directed officials to accelerate remaining work while upholding quality standards.
