Man steals Weeekly members' used drink cups at anniversary event

A fan cafe event for Weeekly's sixth anniversary took a disturbing turn when an unknown man took the members' used drink cups after the gathering ended on June 30, 2026.

The incident occurred following a special celebration organized by fans after the group left IST Entertainment. Organizers confirmed the theft in a statement, noting that the person approached the table once the cafe closed and removed the unfinished drinks and cups.

The account behind the event called the action unacceptable and urged the individual to dispose of the items immediately. They also banned the person from all future events and asked attendees to behave appropriately going forward.

Fans expressed strong disgust online, with many labeling the behavior perverted and questioning the person's motives. Comments described the act as creepy and criminal, with some idols vowing to avoid drinking at such events altogether.
