The National Hockey League has adjusted the start time of the Nashville Predators' home game against the Utah Mammoth to 12:30 p.m. CT on January 24, 2026, citing incoming inclement weather in Nashville. The game, originally set for 2:30 p.m. CT at Bridgestone Arena, will also feature a ceremony honoring Predators captain Roman Josi's 1,000th NHL game. Utah Mammoth fans can watch the matchup live on Mammoth+ or Utah 16.
The NHL announced on January 23, 2026, that the Nashville Predators' game against the Utah Mammoth at Bridgestone Arena has been moved up by one hour to accommodate impending weather conditions in Tennessee. Originally scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, January 24, the puck drop is now at 12:30 p.m. CT, with arena doors opening at 11 a.m. CT to allow extra time for fans amid the forecast inclement weather.
This adjustment ensures the game can proceed safely despite the conditions in Nashville. For Utah Mammoth supporters, the contest will be broadcast live on the team's streaming service, Mammoth+, and for free on Utah 16 (KUPX-TV, Channel 16), the official television home of the Mammoth.
Adding to the day's significance, the Predators will celebrate captain Roman Josi's milestone of 1,000 career NHL games with a pre-game ceremony. Josi's achievement will be highlighted throughout the event via in-arena features, team broadcasts, and social media. To enhance the fan experience, select concessions inside Bridgestone Arena will be 50 percent off, including Hunt Brothers® Pizza, popcorn, fountain soda, nachos, hot dogs, French fries, and soft pretzels.
