Nawy unveils +Partners platform to boost real estate brokerage in Egypt

Nawy Partners announced the launch of its new +Partners platform at its 2025 annual conference, themed 'The Future of Real Estate in Egypt.' The platform aims to provide comprehensive support for real estate brokers via integrated technology, enhanced financial solutions, and advanced marketing tools.

At the 'Nawy Partners ’25 | The Future of Real Estate in Egypt' conference, Nawy Partners unveiled its upgraded +Partners platform, which simplifies daily brokerage tasks, optimizes commission handling, and equips partners with resources to navigate Egypt's fast-changing real estate market. Co-founder and CEO Mustafa Beltagy stated that the new model tackles real-world challenges faced by brokers, boosting their productivity and sales performance.

The event included two key panel discussions. The first, moderated by Nawy co-founder Abdelazim Osman and Ahmed Zaki from The Board Consulting, examined 2025 market trends, evolving buyer behaviors, and projected demand areas for 2026. The second featured Beltagy alongside Hazem Helal, CEO of Orascom Development, discussing developer strategies, flexible payment options, and ways brokers can better match buyers with suitable projects.

The conference also highlighted Nawy Now, a tool that speeds up property deals through partner incentives, flexible financing, and a more transparent purchasing process. Nawy Partners' network has expanded to over 6,500 companies, solidifying its role as one of Egypt's largest broker-support networks.

Looking forward, Nawy Partners intends to expand regionally in 2026, introduce fresh PropTech innovations, and launch more services to help brokers operate more efficiently and competitively in the market.
