Olivia Rodrigo has scored her third consecutive UK number one album with You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.
The 23-year-old artist achieved her career-best opening week on the Official Albums Chart dated June 19. The release sold 103,000 chart units, more than doubling the opening figures for her previous albums Sour and Guts.
Rodrigo said the achievement feels especially meaningful because she wrote many of the songs in the UK. She added that the number one award would go on her mantel.
Michael Jackson's The Essential collection stayed at number two. Harry Styles' Kiss All the Time Disco, Occasionally rose nine places to number 12 after his London residency and festival shows.
