Persib Bandung has officially introduced striker Balsa Sekulic as its latest signing for the 2026/2027 Super League season. The Montenegro forward was brought in to replace Andrew Jung.
Persib Bandung officially introduced Balsa Sekulic on Thursday. The 28-year-old forward appeared for Mornar Bar last season, scoring 15 goals in 32 matches.
Coach Igor Tolic said Balsa had been monitored for a long time. He noted that the player was judged capable of creating something from the team's shortcomings last season.
Tolic highlighted Balsa's main strengths in holding the ball, turning in the opponent's defense area, and finishing chances into goals. Persib hopes his presence will fill the gap left by Andrew Jung, who scored 16 goals last season.
