The Professional Fighters League and Rizin Fighting Federation will stage a featherweight bout with two titles at stake. A.J. McKee is set to face Rajabali Shaidullaev on September 10 at Kyocera Dome Osaka.
The matchup pits PFL and Rizin featherweight championships against each other in a single fight. Organizers described the contest as the first of its kind between the two promotions.
McKee will challenge Shaidullaev, the current Rizin titleholder, for both belts. The event is billed as Super Rizin 5.
The announcement was made public through social media channels tied to both organizations. Tickets are already on sale for the card in Osaka.
