Juan Manuel Moreno was invested as president of the Andalusian regional government on Thursday thanks to an agreement with Vox that includes tax cuts and changes on immigration and housing.
The agreement sealed on Thursday between the PP and Vox includes savings of 1.3 billion euros in tax cuts over four years. It features a progressive reduction in personal income tax and deductions for the birth of children.
The pact establishes the principle of national priority reinterpreted as real and lasting roots. Vox will enter the government with a macro ministry covering Tourism, Deregulation, Justice and Local Administration.
Moreno has admitted he is not content about not governing alone but has defended the deal to avoid new elections on October 25. The document contains 150 negotiated measures on housing, education and health.
