The Labor Public Ministry of São Paulo heard Viih Tube and Eliezer in an urgent hearing on Friday (3). The agency seeks clarifications on complaints related to the reality show created by the couple with their employees.
The hearing took place on Friday (3/7) with the aim of obtaining clarifications on the complaints. The influencers attended and gave testimony.
The urgent nature was motivated by the social relevance and the great repercussion of the case, according to a note from the Public Ministry. The agency stated that it is up to investigate possible violations of labor rights and check if there was exposure incompatible with the dignity of the workers.
The reality involved 11 employees from the Alphaville mansion who competed in challenges for prizes. One of the challenges showed participants searching for coins in trash cans and toilet bowls. Eliezer stated that no one was forced to participate and that everyone accepted voluntarily.
Amid the controversies, Viih Tube's Instagram profile disappeared. She stated that she needed to stay with her family and stay more off social media.
