ServiceNow executive discusses recent growth and strategy at conference

Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and COO of ServiceNow, spoke at the J.P. Morgan 54th Annual Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference on May 19, 2026.

Zavery highlighted a busy period for the company over the past 12 to 18 months. He noted three strategic acquisitions, the launch of Autonomous Workforce and a wholesale repackaging of offerings into foundation, advanced and prime categories. The executive also referenced a recent Financial Analyst Day where ServiceNow set a $30 billion subscription target by 2030.
