Snayx releases melancholic summer single Nice Day 4 It

Snayx have released their new single ‘Nice Day 4 It’ through Nettwerk Music Group. The track marks the start of a new era for the Brighton alt-punk trio.

The song pairs the band’s abrasive riffs with a more melodic sound and explores themes of burnout and surrendering to chaos. Band members described it as “a summer song, but lost in its own melancholy” and noted a sense that “everyone’s a bit fucked, the world’s a bit fucked, so why not make a nice day of it.”

Snayx are currently working on their debut album. The release follows their 2025 single ‘Strut’ and comes after the group was named among NME’s 100 essential emerging artists for 2025.

The trio will play Beautiful Days Festival in Exeter on August 23 and Lindisfarne Festival in Northumberland on September 3. They are also set to support Yonaka on a UK and Ireland tour starting in Belfast on September 29, with additional headline shows in London on October 3 and Brighton on October 6.
