Tesla has officially started delivering its Cybertruck pickup truck in South Korea, marking the vehicle's first overseas launch. The milestone occurred on November 27, 2025, just days after the introduction of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software in the country. This expansion highlights Tesla's growing presence in Asia's electric vehicle market.
On November 27, 2025, Tesla completed its first Cybertruck deliveries in South Korea, as confirmed by Tesla Korea on X. "On November 27, 2025, the first Cybertruck deliveries were completed in Korea," the company stated. They added, "Thanks to the unwavering support of our owners, Cybertruck has made its debut on Korean roads. We look forward to seeing more Cybertrucks across Korea soon."
This launch follows the opening of Cybertruck orders in South Korea three months earlier, in August 2025. The dual-motor All-Wheel Drive model is priced at 145,000,000 won, approximately $99,000 USD, while the tri-motor Cyberbeast variant costs 160,000,000 won, about $109,000 USD. South Korea becomes the first international market for Cybertruck deliveries, outside North America.
Tesla has recently expanded Cybertruck orders to other regions, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, last month. The rollout aligns with strong performance in South Korea, where Tesla set consecutive sales records in July and August 2025, largely due to demand for the Model Y. Last week, Tesla introduced Full Self-Driving (Supervised) in the country, making it the seventh global market for the advanced driver-assistance system.
Earlier this month, Siddhant Awasthi, Tesla's Cybertruck program manager, departed the company after overseeing the vehicle's development and production. With deliveries underway and software enhancements in place, Tesla is bolstering its position in one of Asia's fastest-growing EV markets ahead of 2026.
