The Odyssey sets record PLF sales at AMC

Advance ticket sales for premium large format screenings of The Odyssey reached record levels at AMC on the first day they went on sale.

The first day advance PLF ticket sales for Universal’s The Odyssey were the highest at AMC for any major studio movie in the last four years. These sales surpassed all first-day presales for major releases since 2022 and were the best year-to-date for any studio title. Only the Taylor Swift and Beyoncé concert movies had higher initial sales at the circuit. The film opens July 20 with more than 6 million seats still available in IMAX, Dolby Cinema and Prime auditoriums at AMC locations.
