Upwyde Developments and Vezeeta partner for medical facility in Prk Vie

Upwyde Developments has signed a strategic agreement with Vezeeta to manage and operate a fully integrated medical building in its Prk Vie project in New Cairo’s Golden Square. Vezeeta will oversee operations, combining in-person healthcare with digital booking and management solutions. The partnership reflects a hybrid healthcare model.

Upwyde Developments announced a strategic agreement with Vezeeta to manage a fully integrated medical building within the Prk Vie project in New Cairo’s Golden Square, part of the Fifth Settlement.

The partnership fits Upwyde's strategy to create mixed-use developments incorporating residential, commercial, administrative, and medical elements in one destination. For Vezeeta, it expands its operations into physical healthcare assets, complementing its digital platform that connects patients to providers and enables telemedicine and online bookings.

Fadel Samir, Co-CEO of the Commercial Sector at Upwyde Developments, stated that the partnership aligns with the company’s approach of embedding essential services within its developments, enhancing the project's overall functionality and appeal.

Choucri Asmar, Chief Corporate Development Officer at Vezeeta, said the agreement reflects broader momentum in Egypt’s healthcare sector and supports improved access through integrated digital and on-the-ground operations. The medical building will host clinics and services via Vezeeta’s platform, accessible to patients and practitioners in Prk Vie, which combines residential, office, retail, and lifestyle components.

Vezeeta operates across markets in the Middle East and Africa, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
