Fatu requested primary physical custody of their minor son Jeyce, born in 2012, while remaining open to joint legal custody. She also sought child and spousal support, attorney fees, and exclusive use of the couple's home in Georgia.
The filing was reported by TMZ on July 6, 2026. Uso, whose real name is Joshua Fatu, has not commented publicly since the news emerged.
Fatu has been linked in recent months to WWE NXT star Jaida Parker, with the pair appearing together on social media. Uso has not posted on Instagram since the divorce reports surfaced.
