Abby Elliott filed for divorce from producer Bill Kennedy after nearly 10 years of marriage. The Bear star cited irreconcilable differences and listed July 8 as the separation date.

TMZ obtained the divorce docs she filed Friday. Elliott is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children, 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William.

She also seeks spousal support while asking the court to bar any award to him. The actress wants Kennedy to cover her attorney fees.

The couple married on September 3, 2016. This filing closes two major chapters for Elliott at once.
