The ninth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach features work by 23 designers who have refreshed two waterfront properties with a modern take on coastal style. The event, open through March 24, 2026, benefits youth clubs in the area. Highlights include custom bars, sculptural ceilings, and wellness spaces that blend luxury with functionality.
The 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House occupies two properties in Palm Beach: the sprawling Intracoastal House at 3410 North Flagler Drive and the smaller Palm Cottage across the street. Known for botanical motifs, bold colors, bamboo, and wicker, Palm Beach style receives fresh interpretations from the designers. BAMO, Inc. created a sunroom with a slatted wood ceiling resembling waves, built by LEEDS Custom Design, paired with Belgian linen curtains featuring a silver wave pattern.
Bell Design transformed a backyard into a wellness zone, including a three-person Kohler sauna and a colorful juice bar for post-relaxation refreshment. Lori Morris's Gilded Palm room incorporates cream, soft gold, and blush tones, illuminated by palm leaf chandeliers that evoke a warm sunrise.
Other notable elements include Lewis Gallo Design's Champagne Conservatory with a custom seashell-encrusted bar from All Seasons Accessories, setting a pastel coastal tone. Amy Young Design's jewelry box kitchen features maroon Velour Quartzite countertops and a range hood from Primestones, fabricated by Innovative Stone Design, complementing Kravet wallcovering. Pappas Miron Design's salon includes vintage 1970s iron Piscine chairs on a checkerboard floor for playful elegance.
Danielle Balanis Design drenched a guest room in a zesty Lee Jofa x Oscar de la Renta Jessup floral print, covering ceiling, canopy, chair, and ottomans. Deborah Wecselman added a gaming corner in the great room with a Todd Merrill table and vintage lucite chessboard. LTA Interiors' bathroom vanity waves at the base for towel storage, topped with pink stone from Artistic Tile. Steven Walsh's botanical hallway displays plaster-like wall carvings with floral and architectural motifs. Lucy O’Brien of Tartan & Toile hung custom Vietnamese silk lanterns in a hallway, adding brightness and intrigue.
Proceeds from the show house support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
