Galaxy Digital Inc. unveiled GalaxyOne, a new financial technology platform, on October 6, 2025, aimed at U.S.-based individual investors. The platform combines high-yield cash options with crypto and equities trading in a single digital interface. It extends institutional-grade services to retail users, backed by the company's expertise in digital assets.

Galaxy Digital Inc., listed on NASDAQ and TSX as GLXY, announced the launch of GalaxyOne from its New York headquarters. The platform targets U.S. individual investors, offering access to competitive yields on cash alongside trading in cryptocurrencies and U.S. equities. Accredited investors can earn 8.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) through Galaxy Premium Yield, an investment note from subsidiary Galaxy Digital LP, with a $25,000 minimum investment, $1 million cap per investor, and $250 million total cap. All users can access 4.00% APY on cash deposits in FDIC-insured accounts up to $250,000, provided by Cross River Bank, with options to auto-reinvest interest into bitcoin or other supported cryptos.

The platform includes four core products: Galaxy Premium Yield for high-yield notes generated from institutional lending since 2018; GalaxyOne Cash for yield-bearing deposits; GalaxyOne Crypto for buying, trading, holding, and transferring assets like bitcoin (BTC), ethereum (ETH), and solana (SOL), with transparent pricing and real-time execution; and GalaxyOne Brokerage for commission-free trading of over 2,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs, including traditional and Roth IRAs, fractional shares from $10, and optional stock lending for passive income.

Originally developed as Fierce and acquired by Galaxy in 2024, GalaxyOne is led by Managing Director Zac Prince, with former Fierce CEO Rob Cornish as Chief Technology Officer. It complements GalaxyOne Institutional, maintaining high standards of security and risk management. Mike Novogratz, Founder and CEO, stated, "We've spent years building institutional-quality infrastructure to serve the world's most sophisticated investors. Now, we're extending that edge to individuals." Zac Prince added, "GalaxyOne delivers exactly that: a unified opportunity to earn yield on cash, trade crypto, and access U.S. equities, all supported by Galaxy's financial discipline." The platform is available on iOS, Android, and online, with sign-ups at https://one.galaxy.app/sign-up. APYs are effective as of September 23, 2025, and subject to change.
