KBIS 2026 highlights innovative kitchen and bath debuts

The annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) convened in Orlando, Florida, last week, drawing professionals to explore advancements in the sector. Artistic Tile introduced its third collaboration with designer Ali Budd, featuring three tile styles: Liora with a cracked-marble checkerboard pattern, Sculpta offering organic textural stripes, and Varo comprising six distinct stone panels for varied configurations.

Baldwin Hardware launched the Bespoke Series, incorporating tactile textures such as knurled, fluted, and spiraled designs, with options for dual finishes and a new 077 Heirloom Brass that ages naturally. Cambria added quartz surfaces like St. Isley with blue-gray veining, Kenwood with soft tonal shifts, Claremont as a modern neutral, and Traymore Bay blending warm and cool shades.

Cosentino debuted the Éclos mineral surface brand, produced via a silica-free process for a three-dimensional effect, with the Eclectic Veins collection in six colors: Tajnar, Wondr, Phantome, Legnd, Landr, and Ivora. Its Dekton line introduced the carbon-neutral Amazonik in Kedar and Zira oak-inspired colorways, alongside a partnership with Invisacook for induction cooking on surfaces.

Danver previewed the Ascento outdoor kitchen collection for spring, in an organic woodgrain finish with matching accessories like benches and planters. Brown Jordan displayed its Tecno outdoor kitchen in a vibrant green woodgrain. Fabuwood showcased new door styles—Echo, Luxe, and Ovela—in finishes including Truffle, Pistachio Green, and Canyon Oak, plus the InFocus Drawer for hidden wireless charging via FreePower.

GE's Monogram brand presented The Iconic Kitchen concept, featuring the Minimalist Single Smart Wall Oven with an in-oven camera. Café offered aged brass hardware in collaboration with Rejuvenation, while GE Appliances showed the Smart 4-Door French-Door Refrigerator with Kitchen Assistant for inventory tracking and shopping lists.

Hettich demonstrated FurnSpin Illumination, a rotating cabinet mechanism with integrated lighting. Infinity Drain revealed the Site-Sizable Slot Drain for wall-to-wall use and a Satin Brass finish. Kohler, earning its fourth Best in Show Booth award, unveiled the Audrine fireclay kitchen sink with Studio McGee and previewed the Claude bathroom collection, including a smart toilet with bidet and heated seat.

LG Signature introduced the Seamless line with flush panels and zero-clearance hinges, the Iconic with brass accents, and the Tailored for a furniture-like aesthetic, all with ovens featuring Gourmet AI via in-oven cameras. A new Majestic Green shade is slated for Tailored later this year. Plank Hardware debuted the Peyton and Esben collections, plus U.S.-compatible switches and outlets in diamond, oval, and star shapes.

True Caliber highlighted Espresso as its 2026 color of the year and reintroduced Crimson on the Signature Rockwell Grill, designed by David Rockwell with a retractable lid and walnut handles across its refrigeration line.
