Misiorowski and Schlittler top third Cy Young poll

Jacob Misiorowski of the Brewers leads the latest National League Cy Young poll while Cam Schlittler of the Yankees tops the American League standings.

The third Cy Young poll of 2026 shows Misiorowski with 153 vote points and 29 first-place votes. He leads MLB in ERA at 1.45 along with 138 strikeouts and a 0.75 WHIP through Monday.

Schlittler earned 153 points and 30 first-place votes in the AL. His most recent start on June 19 against the Reds featured six scoreless innings with 13 strikeouts.

Cristopher Sánchez ranks second in the NL with 122 points. Paul Skenes sits third with 55 points.

Dylan Cease holds second place in the AL with 74 points after missing time due to injury.
