New Balance has launched a Summer Brights collection of 991v2 sneakers. The line features a Made in UK model called Green Banana along with a Baja Blue colorway.
The sneakers use pigskin suede and mesh construction. They were assembled at the company's Flimby factory in England.
Both colorways are available now through Slam Jam for 255 dollars each. The Green Banana version draws its name and green tones from an underripe banana.
The release adds to existing 991v2 models such as the Limoges and London Marathon editions.
