The New Jersey Devils have recalled forward Angus Crookshank from the Utica Comets of the AHL. He is set to join the team at morning skate on Friday morning. Crookshank has recorded five goals and two assists in 17 games with Utica this season.

The New York Islanders recalled defenseman Travis Mitchell from the Bridgeport Islanders on Thursday morning ahead of their game against the Vegas Golden Knights. The move allows Scott Mayfield to return to New York for the birth of his first child. Mitchell will not play in the upcoming game.
