The White House is weighing the creation of a working group to review new AI models before their public release. This potential step would introduce federal oversight on AI development. Officials have not yet finalized any approach.

Das Ministerium für Elektronik und Informationstechnologie (MeitY) hat seine Anordnungen zur Sperrung von Online-Inhalten im Jahr 2025 auf 24.300 verdoppelt, wie Beamte unter Verweis auf einen Anstieg von Deepfakes und KI-generierten Inhalten mitteilten. Etwa 60 % dieser Anordnungen betrafen URLs auf X, ehemals Twitter, 25 % Facebook und Instagram sowie 5 % YouTube.
