Walt Disney World has removed 40 items from menus at its parks, resorts, and Disney Springs, with changes taking effect over the past week. The updates span Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and other locations including Blizzard Beach. Specific favorites like Shepherd’s Pie and the Mickey brownie are among those no longer available.

Wheelhouse, a new nautically-themed American restaurant from the Georgetown Events Hospitality Group, is preparing to open in Washington, DC, this spring. The 4,500-square-foot venue at 5712-14 Connecticut Avenue will offer classic comfort foods and seafood, with operations expected to begin by the end of April.
