TNA crowns new world champions at Slammiversary 2026

TNA Wrestling held its Slammiversary 2026 pay-per-view on June 28 at the Agganis Arena in Boston. Nic Nemeth won the TNA World Championship and Xia Brookside captured the Knockouts World Championship. The company also announced a new Knockouts Television Championship.
TNA Thursday Night Impact took place on July 23 at the Broadview Center in Albany, New York. The episode included a TNA World Championship match and a TNA World Tag Team Championship bout.

Former TNA World Champion Mike Santana made his WWE NXT debut on the July 21 episode by confronting NXT Champion Tony D'Angelo. TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth reacted positively to the appearance during an interview on Busted Open Radio. TNA Wrestling publicly congratulated Santana on social media.
