The model, developed over five years with six patents, features a rotating sky chart and synchronized daylight-saving corrections calibrated for Geneva. It combines civil time, lunar phases, and solar cycle displays in a 47mm white gold case.

Patek Philippe has unveiled the Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton ref. 5840P-001 at Watches and Wonders 2026. The new model features a 45mm by 10mm platinum case and a square-shaped skeletonized movement. It marks the collection's first grand complication.
