A Florida man who drove a golf cart while intoxicated, leading to his wife's fatal fall, was sentenced to probation. St. Johns County Circuit Judge Casey L. Woolsey imposed 364 days of probation and a six-month driver's license suspension on Angelo Theodosiou after he pleaded no contest to DUI. The incident occurred last November in St. Johns County.

U.S. marshals arrested Jonathan Munafo in the Richmond, Virginia area on Tuesday for absconding from supervision in the Northern District of New York. The arrest follows a probation officer's petition alleging a violation of his supervised release. Munafo has a history of threats and involvement in the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol insurrection.
