PT Bank Syariah Nasional recorded strong performance in the first half of 2026 with total assets of Rp78.8 trillion.
PT Bank Syariah Nasional or Bank BSN booked total assets of Rp78.8 trillion as of June 2026, up 20.1 percent from the same period last year. The figure exceeded the first-half target and positioned the bank as Indonesia's second-largest sharia bank.
Chief Executive Alex Sofjan Noor stated year-end targets include assets of Rp87 trillion, financing of Rp66 trillion, and third-party funds of Rp69 trillion. First-half financing reached Rp59.6 trillion with net profit of Rp444 billion.
The financing portfolio remained dominated by housing at 93 percent. Bank BSN also realized 27,888 FLPP units out of a 73,700-unit target for 2026.
Alex emphasized a second-half focus on asset quality management and provisioning. The business forum in Bandung on 16-17 July 2026 also featured Ignatius Jonan and Agus Dwi Handaya.
