The book titled 'Jend. Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Sang Arsitektur PRESISI Polri' was launched in Jakarta on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The launch highlighted the transformation of Polri under the leadership of General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
The book launch event was attended by author Ali Ramadhan, political analyst Boni Hargens, and Associate Professor from Universitas Nasional Prof. Firdaus Syam. The book, more than 300 pages long, discusses Listyo Sigit Prabowo's career journey from his first assignment in Tangerang to becoming Kapolri in January 2021.
Boni Hargens stated that the PRESISI Polri vision is a holistic transformation concept that unites three core values: predictive, responsiveness, as well as transparency and justice. According to him, this vision serves as a compass for the direction of policies and modern Polri work culture.
Firdaus Syam appreciated the transformation steps already taken at structural, institutional, IT-based program levels, as well as facilities and infrastructure. He suggested further strengthening through cultural change within Polri via education channels and internal consolidation.
