CAA teamed with Finch & Partners to host an exclusive symposium on the future of film during the Cannes Film Festival. The private gathering drew top filmmakers, studio executives and financiers to discuss industry challenges including artificial intelligence and audience engagement.
The event, called the Future of…Film Symposium, took place Saturday at Villa Dorane in Antibes. Guests included directors Darren Aronofsky, James Gray, Nadine Labaki, Whit Stillman and Juan Antonio Bayona. Around 80 attendees joined informal talks on theatrical windows, financing models and protecting meaningful storytelling amid rapid change.
