Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort schedules phased closures in 2026

Walt Disney World Resort has confirmed phased refurbishments at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, starting with the Treehouse Villas. This marks the second such project announced for the property in 2026, following closures at the Turf Club facilities. Guests with reservations should not expect changes to their stays.

Walt Disney World Resort issued a notice for the phased refurbishment of the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, a Deluxe Villa Resort. The work begins this month, following permits filed in December 2025 that name Land-Ron Inc. as the general contractor. Although the permits extend through January 7, 2027, the project is set to conclude in mid-September 2026. Each Treehouse Villa will undergo refurbishment in phases, preserving a reduced but steady room inventory. Construction will occur during daytime hours, potentially audible to guests at nearby parks like Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, or Disney Springs. As part of this effort, the resort's tennis and basketball courts will close starting March 23 and reopen in June 2026. This follows an earlier announcement for the Turf Club at the same resort. The Turf Club Lounge will close from early April to early August 2026. The Turf Club Bar & Grill will stay open initially with a pop-up bar offering a limited menu. The Turf Club Patio will then close from early to mid-August 2026, followed by the Bar & Grill closing from mid-August to mid-September 2026.
