Egypt has condemned Iranian attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait, reaffirming its full solidarity with both nations and rejecting any violations of Gulf sovereignty.
Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued two statements on Wednesday. The first strongly denounced Iranian attacks on Bahrain as a flagrant violation of sovereignty and a dangerous escalation threatening regional security. Egypt expressed full support for Bahrain’s measures to protect its citizens and infrastructure, stressing that Gulf security forms an integral part of Arab national security. In a separate statement, Cairo condemned the attack on Kuwait International Airport that caused injuries and damage to facilities, describing it as a breach of Kuwait’s territorial integrity. The ministry warned that continued attacks risk worsening regional tensions and undermining stability efforts.
