For the Best Male Player award, finalists include Ousmane Dembélé (PSG), Achraf Hakimi (PSG), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Nuno Mendes (PSG), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Pedri (Barcelona), Raphinha (Barcelona), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Vitinha (PSG), and Lamine Yamal (Barcelona). Notably, last year's winner Vinícius Júnior is not among the nominees this time, and Raphinha represents Brazil in the category.
In the Best Female Player category, the nominees are Sandy Baltimore (Chelsea), Nathalie Bjorn (Chelsea), Aitana Bonmati (Barcelona), Lucy Bronze (Chelsea), Mariona Caldentey (Arsenal), Temwa Chawinga (Kansas City), Kadidiatou Diani (Lyon), Melchie Dumornay (Lyon), Patri Guijarro (Barcelona), Lindsey Heaps (Lyon), Lauren James (Chelsea), Chloe Kelly (Arsenal), Ewa Pajor (Barcelona), Claudia Pina (Barcelona), Alexia Putellas (Barcelona), Alessia Russo (Arsenal), and Leah Williamson (Arsenal). The Best Goalkeeper awards will feature men's nominees Alisson Becker (Liverpool), Gianluigi Donnarumma, Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa), and David Raya (Arsenal), while women's contenders include Hannah Hampton (Chelsea) and Phallon Tullis-Joyce (Manchester United). For coaches, men's candidates are Mikel Arteta, Enzo Maresca, and Arne Slot; women's are Sonia Bompastor, Renee Slegers, and Sarina Wiegman.
The Puskás Award for men's best goal nominates Declan Rice (Arsenal) for his free-kick against Real Madrid, and the Marta Award for women includes Mariona Caldentey (Arsenal), Vivianne Miedema (Manchester City), and Khadija Bunny Shaw (Manchester City). The ceremony precedes the FIFA Intercontinental Cup final between PSG and Flamengo on December 17 in Doha.
