Several major technology companies have joined a new foundation aimed at developing common standards for artificial intelligence systems.
Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Arm, Mastercard, Siemens and other firms have joined the newly launched Appia Foundation. The organization operates under the Linux Foundation.
