Victor Lima Sedlmaier was detained on Saturday in Dubai and deported to Brazil. He is accused of belonging to the Os Meninos group, the digital arm of Daniel Vorcaro's criminal organization.
The arrest took place at the Dubai airport through cooperation between the Federal Police, Interpol and local authorities. Sedlmaier, who had been a fugitive since the launch of the sixth phase of Operation Compliance Zero on Thursday, landed at Guarulhos airport in São Paulo, where the warrant was executed.
The operation was authorized by Supreme Court Justice André Mendonça. Investigators identify Sedlmaier as a member of Os Meninos, the group responsible for cyber attacks, device invasions and the removal of profiles of critics of Vorcaro and Banco Master.
In testimony, Sedlmaier said he is a computer science student and developer. He reported providing services to David Henrique Alves, the group leader, including computer maintenance and artificial intelligence software development. Federal Police also arrested Henrique Vorcaro, Daniel Vorcaro's father, in this phase.
