"The Good Friday celebration is not a Eucharist; today is the only day when the Holy Eucharist is not celebrated," the bishop stated, urging contemplation of Jesus' sacrifice. He added: "We celebrate above all the greatest testimony of love given without reservation, not a hopeless funeral."
In La Plata, San Sebastián parish held the Children's Stations of the Cross, with youth and families praying for the sick, deceased, children in wars, and families facing economic hardship.
