John Cena opens up on hair loss struggles

John Cena got real about battling hair loss and how his wife helped him face it head-on. The wrestler-turned-actor opened up in a candid chat with Us Weekly.

The 49-year-old admitted he "really struggled" with losing his hair before getting a transplant in 2024. He credited wife Shay Shariatzadeh for holding his hand through the vulnerability.

"I really struggled with losing my hair, and to be able to openly talk with my bride about it," Cena told the mag. He added that none of us are perfect and there's beauty in being vulnerable.

Cena is now a big advocate, visiting a doctor every six weeks for PRP, red-light therapy, vitamins, finasteride and exosomes. He also revealed past skin cancer scares and recently needing glasses.

So… is the hair saga finally behind him, or just the start of more chapters?
