Lamb of God announces new album Into Oblivion

Lamb of God has revealed details of its upcoming album, Into Oblivion, set for release on March 13, 2026, via Epic Records. The band also unveiled the title track accompanied by a music video. This marks a creative return to their roots, amid a packed tour schedule.

Lamb of God, the veteran metal outfit, has announced its new studio album, Into Oblivion, scheduled for release on March 13, 2026, through Epic Records. The record was produced and mixed by longtime collaborator Josh Wilbur, emphasizing a return to unpressured creativity.

The title track, "Into Oblivion," dropped alongside a music video directed by Tom Flynn and Mike Watts. Guitarist Mark Morton described the album's ethos: "For me, the album is about having the space to breathe creatively and not feeling like we have to keep up with any trend or expectation. It feels nice to be untethered from any agenda beyond rallying around the notion of, ‘Let’s just make music that we think is cool,’ which is really where it all started."

Vocalist Randy Blythe offered insight into the album's thematic core and title: "Because that’s where we’re heading. In general, the album is about the ongoing and rapid breakdown of the social contract, particularly here in America. Things are acceptable now that would’ve horrified people just 20 years ago."

The full tracklist includes: 1. Into Oblivion, 2. Parasocial Christ, 3. Sepsis, 4. The Killing Floor, 5. El Vacío, 6. St. Catherine’s Wheel, 7. Blunt Force Blues, 8. Bully, 9. A Thousand Years, 10. Devise/Destroy.

To support the release, Lamb of God embarks on a North American tour starting March 17, 2026, at The Theater at MGM National Harbor in National Harbor, MD, with stops in cities like Montreal, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, and Los Angeles, concluding in Boston on April 26. Additional 2026 dates feature festival appearances, including Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival in Daytona Beach, FL, on May 9; Welcome to Rockville in Dayton, OH, on May 17; and international events like Wacken Open Air in Germany on August 1, plus Headbangers Boat cruise from October 30 to November 3 in Miami, FL.

Preorders for Into Oblivion are available now, with tickets for the tour on sale through official channels.
