Lanud Sulaiman personnel harvest 1.2 tons of catfish

Personnel from TNI Air Force Base Sulaiman harvested 1.2 tons of catfish from a three-month cultivation pond in Margahayu, Bandung Regency. The event fostered teamwork and was attended by base officials. This harvest is a routine activity every three months to promote camaraderie among staff.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, personnel from Lanud Sulaiman conducted a catfish harvest at the pond area near the Satpom office in Margahayu, Bandung Regency. The activity served as a means of fostering camaraderie and mutual cooperation within the base.

Attendees included Kadispers Colonel Adm Joko Triyanto, Kadisops Lieutenant Colonel Lek Hari Eka Nugraha, Kadislog Lieutenant Colonel Kal Haedir Pratama, and Dansatpom Major Pom Ismail Solong. The pond managed by Lanud Sulaiman spans approximately 25 x 50 meters, yielding about 1.2 tons of catfish after roughly three months of cultivation.

Marsma TNI Eko Sujatmiko, the base commander, expressed appreciation to all personnel involved in managing the pond. "This catfish harvest is a routine activity conducted every three months," he stated, highlighting its role in boosting team spirit.

The event concluded with the base commander personally inspecting the pond area to observe the Satpom personnel collecting the harvest. For context, Lanud Sulaiman is an TNI AU education executor under Dankodikau, primarily responsible for conducting air force training, air operations, and aerospace potential development.
