Michael Pennington, the English actor who played Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, has died. He was 82.
Michael Pennington, a celebrated Shakespearean actor who also appeared in “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi,” has died, according to The Telegraph. In the film, he portrayed Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod, the Empire admiral overseeing construction of the second Death Star. Pennington also appeared in Tony Richardson’s 1969 “Hamlet” and 2011’s “The Iron Lady.”
