Harry Kane put Bayern ahead from the penalty spot in the 17th minute, but Chwitscha Kwarazchelia equalized in the 24th. João Neves made it 2:1 for PSG (33.), Michael Olise leveled (41.), and Ousmane Dembélé restored the lead in first-half stoppage time (45.+5).
Kwarazchelia scored again in the 56th minute, followed by Dembélé's penalty (58.). Dayot Upamecano (65.) and Luis Díaz (68.) replied for Bayern, but they could not equalize further. Suspended Bayern coach Vincent Kompany was represented by assistant Aaron Danks.
