Rawhyde Moto Adventures is preparing to move its summer training activities to a Colorado facility. New owner Eric Sachs cited the need to avoid California's intense summer heat while offering riders access to varied mountain terrain.
The company will operate out of its 115-acre Colorado site through July and August. Riders can participate in instruction sessions or guided tours before operations return to the California base in the fall. The Colorado location provides forestry roads, alpine passes and forest terrain suited for teaching off-road skills such as climbs, descents and water crossings.
